What's included in the base price?
Hosting of Lobe Chat including automatic updates, backups, your own subdomain with TLS, and the storage allowance listed above. Extra storage is billed linearly by actual usage.
Can I upgrade storage or resources later?
Yes, anytime, with no migration or downtime -- you only pay for the extra usage.
Is Lobe Chat online right after payment?
The app is provisioned immediately, but isn't reachable at any address at first -- protection against outside access before you've finished setting it up. You activate it yourself in your customer portal once you're ready; see Activation.
